1. What KeepCardAlive does
KeepCardAlive is a software service that, at your direction, runs small recurring charges on payment cards you link, on a schedule you choose, in order to create card activity. The charge that posts to your card (typically $0.99) is the service fee. By linking a card and selecting a schedule, you authorize us to charge that card the selected amount on the selected cadence until you pause or cancel.
2. No guarantee
We do not control card issuers. We cannot and do not guarantee that any card will remain open, that any issuer will treat our charge as qualifying activity, or that an account won't be closed for other reasons. Issuer policies vary, are not publicly disclosed, and may change at any time. KeepCardAlive is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, credit-repair organization, or financial advisor, and nothing here is financial advice.
3. Your responsibilities
You represent that you own or are authorized to use each card you link, that the cards are US-issued, and that you will keep autopay or sufficient funds available so that charges are paid. You are responsible for any interest, fees, or penalties your issuer assesses. You may pause or cancel any card at any time from your dashboard.
4. Billing and refunds
Charges are processed by Stripe. Because each charge is the service itself and is performed immediately, charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us at help@keepcardalive.comand we'll make reasonable accommodations for errors.
5. Acceptable use
You may only link cards you are authorized to use. Using the service to test stolen cards, launder transactions, or for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in termination and reporting where required.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepCardAlive's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. The service is provided "as is."
